Roll20 Module for The Game Master's Fantasy Toolkit!

Hi everyone,
Ever since launching this project back in 2020, I have been thinking about how we can bring our random tables to the virtual tabletop. It’s something I’ve always wanted when I play online – and we’ve had lots of requests, suggesting the community feel the same!

Over the last year, we’ve been working with a team of programmers to get every single random table from the book integrated into Roll20. This has been an epic task, but so worth it. I’ve been test-running it in my games for a while now, and it's been a lifesaver!

Hello game masters!
I hope you're all doing well, and are having a great end to 2021. I heard that some of you didn't know about our latest project, so I wanted to send a quick note to let everyone know!
Roll & Play: The Game Master's Christmas Essentials is the perfect tool to help you run a seasonal session for your fantasy RPG games. The 24-page PDF eBook is stuffed full of random tables and content generators including winter festival traditions and folklore, naughty and nice NPCs, seasonal quests and encounters, presents and loot, holiday-themed critical hits, rules for snowball fights and much, much more!
We've also been working on tons of additional seasonal content, which can help you run sessions in wintery settings all year round. We have new playable races that include reindeer humanoids and magical snow constructs, virtual battle maps for cosy taverns and frozen ice caves, 5e-compatible monsters such as the Snow Sphinx and Great Fir Drake, and audio tracks for ambience, festivals and combat.
This Kickstarter campaign is running for an extremely limited window, finishing on Wednesday 8th December. So if you are interested in backing this project, don't delay! Can you believe that it's been over a year since this Kickstarter campaign came to a close?! And what an incredible first year it has been for Roll & Play Press, from launching a second campaign to being official sponsors of Critical Role. We are so grateful for the continued support from you, our awesome backers, who saw the potential in us despite this being our first project.

NEW PROJECT – Roll & Play: The Fantasy Character Kit

Hi everyone,
I’m very excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new Kickstarter project, Roll & Play: The Fantasy Character Kit, which is officially going live TOMORROW (23 February) at 16:00 GMT / 08:00 PST via our Roll & Play Press account on Kickstarter. Check out the pre-launch page, and click the 'Notify Me' button to get a notification as soon as the project launches!
The Fantasy Character Kit will have everything you need to create detailed and unique player characters or NPCs. It includes: appearance details, fighting styles, animal helpers, friends, rivals, rage manifestations, unique weapons, spellbooks, tinker tools, origin stories, hideouts, draconic pacts... and so much more! There will be random tables for EVERY major fantasy RPG class, and the book starts as a whopping 140-pages with room to grow if its stretch goals are hit.
Throughout the Kickstarter campaign, we will also be offering limited edition covers. The first three available will be the Druid, the Wizard and the Fighter with more unlocked as stretch goals.
Roll & Play Press has come a long way since launching last November, thanks to the amazing support received from backers of the Game Master’s Fantasy Toolkit. We are still a small team, made up of me working on creating the books and managing things day-to-day; my wife Kay who runs Roll & Play Press with me alongside her full-time job, and my sister-in-law Pasha who supports us with admin. Despite being a small team, we have lots of ideas for how we can make this next project even better than the last!
For the Fantasy Character Kit, we’ve commissioned illustrator Stefan Đurađ, who has drawn the awesome character art. Author and editor Beth Davies will be co-authoring this next project with me; Beth and I have worked on numerous books together over the years while working in the gaming, toys and entertainment team of an international publisher, so it’s going to be great having her on board for this project.
I can't wait to show you more of the upcoming campaign tomorrow, and I'm so looking forward to going on another exciting adventure with some of you again for the next 30 days.
